Richard Williams

Richard has spent more than 35 years in finance, much of it in live events, including as UK Chief Executive of Production Resource Group (PRG). He's seen the industry from the top: acquisitions, budgets, production costs, and the moments where one bad call on cash flow can undo years of work.

He's a chartered accountant (FCCA) and at lanz.london he's the partner who looks under the bonnet of your business. Before you commit to a plan, Richard checks that it stacks up. He builds business plans that hold up when a bank or buyer questions them, and he'll give you a straight answer even when the answer isn't what you want to hear.

He works with the founders lanz.london supports, so the growth plan and the financial plan are one and the same.
